The lights are on
We had a ton of fun recording our Super Replay of the first Mega Man Legends. Cans were kicked, ruins were explored, and servbots were swooned over. But let's be honest: That playthrough had its fair share of rough patches. We frequently got lost and I may have accidentally sold all of our best equipment. That's why we teamed up with Capcom and Capcom-Unity for this very special Super Replay of Mega Man Legends 2. Specifically, Greg Moore, Capcom's community liason, hunkered down in the Game Informer office with us for the entire Super Replay. Greg's Mega Man expertise was invaluable, allowing us to have fun and stay on track. Go figure!
We invite you to join our special guest Greg Moore, Andrew Reiner, Dan Ryckert, and myself as we embark on another PlayStation adventure with MegaMan, Roll, and of course, the lovable Data.

Oh man, it was heartbreaking to hear Greg talk about Megaman Legends 3. I still can't believe Capcom killed that dream. On a brighter note, this was an awesome first episode to a SR for one of my all-time favorite games. Can't wait for episode 2!
Also, Godhand. Do it. Please. Maybe even a Super Replay, but just a regular one would still be amazing.
New Super Replay! And just in time for my 26th birthday.
The map in this game should help Tim and the GI crew get through Mega Man Legends 2 pretty quickly, especially with Mr. Moore's help. I bet it takes less than 10 episodes.
Cyberia was great! I can understand why Tim didn't enjoy it, but I'm surprised everyone else is so down on it.
Great start! Been waiting for this ever since it was first mentioned as a possibility for being a super replay. Data is AWESOME! I'm going to make my guess and say this will last 11 episodes.
Yes! I was so excited to see this up. Great first episode, and I love the fact you guys decided to run through the tutorial. This game looks better than I remember and cannot wait to watch the rest.
I haven't played very many mega man games.
Love it! Good work.
That steering wheel thing is called a 'helm'.
I complain, but I still like this :)
why does the volume of the GI video player change depending on what is plugged into my USB holes?
The trick with the crab boss is to circle strafe RIGHT. The crab only spins clockwise, travel counter-clockwise and your not running into her shots.
T-shirt people, Data with Dan's face on him. Go!
that mammoth reaver battle would have been so much easier if Tim fired while circle strafing...
Best quote of episode 1: "They get you going with the toilet monkey."
Best quote of episode 2: "Flashing the old robo-dong."
Mastodon is an awesome band...
Take that mammoths!
Uhh... sideboob in a Mega Man game?
Flashin' the old Robodong t-shirt... now!
If you were to strafe clockwise rather than counter, would there have been a gap in the crab's bullets?
like the new format guys! really improves loading
I don't want to wait until Thursday! These videos are so much fun to watch! D:
Dan and Half Life 2? Hell yes.
Tim and Cyberia 2? Oh, yes, a thousand times yes!
