The lights are on
Aram Jabbari is possibly Replay's most popular guest of all time. Atlus' PR manager manages to find any excuse to come visit the Game Informer office. He masquerades these visits as appointments to show us new Atlus game, but we secretly believe he just can't get enough of Replay. He's back again to take a look at one of Capcom's "Capcom 5" GameCube games, Killer 7.
Join Aram, Andrew Reiner, Joe Juba, and myself as we dive into the PS2 version of this bizarre, cel-shaded adventure. No Saturday is complete without some confusing control schemes and opaque allies in bondage gear.
Check out the Replay hub to watch every episode ever.
Email the author Tim Turi, or follow on Twitter, and Game Informer.
Woooohoooo Aram! im always excited when I see his name on a replay lol
Oooo the Gamecube.
Killer 7 super replay!
Proof that Reiner should play more games on Replay. Love this game.
Maybe we should just hire Aram to GI, for Replays and stuff.
Just do everyone a favor and hire Aram already. :)
forgive me master...but ps2 rules the roost
There's an awesome Pacman-death-sound at 19:40.
Reiner dominated the boss like a pro. That was awesome.
One of the greatest games ever forever! Thank you for covering this; I need to go 'borrow' my boyfriend's PS2 now. XD
This is one of my favorite games. Loved this, and still do.
Best moment was Tim at the end. "Turn up...?!"
Huge fan of Aram AND Dark Angel.
This was the game that brought me into the world of Suda 51 and Grasshopper. Even today, it ranks up there as one of the most fearlessly original games I've every played.
Wow Tim. Shoot the glowing weak spot!
"I'd rather look at photos of Jessica Alba than play [Dark Angel]." "According to the back of the box, 'Jessica Alba photo gallery.'" "I wish you could set the gallery to a hands-free slideshow." lol Wow. Never thought I'd see the Replay crew lust over Jessica Alba photos.
