The lights are on
Few games capture the essence of a zombie apocalypse. Sure, dodging and gunning down zombies is expected, but you've also got to keep yourself fed and hydrated. Don't forget about being careful. Should you trust fellow survivors? What do you do if you fall two stories and break your leg?
Adam Biessener, Tim Turi and I discuss survival tactics in our trek across the unforgiving woods and towns of DayZ, the hit Arma II: Combined Operations mod. We discuss the mechanics of the game, Adam's recent interview with
creator Dean Hall, and debate whether it's worth a download in its
current alpha state.

I am super-pumped for the Stand-alone. In the meantime I'll just be watching more game play videos of the mod.
Interesting but I sadly see myself getting bored with this really fast. But... I'm rooting for these guys..
Any time frame announced for the release date of the stand alone game?
That looks pretty awesome and I've never heard of this game before. I would love to play this on PS3 in a more polished form. I would probably need to have some sort of success to actually hold my interest but I think I would at least really want to like this game. Any word on when it's hoping to be released and if it's gonna be on consoles?
This game looks sick. I am definitley intrigued.
This game can definitely get a bit intense at times
What an amazing concept & unforgiving game. I can't wait to play this!!
Awesome Test Chamber! I've been dying to play this game. It looks slow paced, like an actual zombie survival game. I've been looking forward to having a game like this and am very happy a mod for Arma II came out for just this type.
Wow this is really cool, lots of suspense.
how do i get this game?
this looked really cool. i love the survival aspect so much. fallout new vegas' version was great, but this is so much better
I've been wanting to check this out for a while, but I'm kind of in the same boat as Reiner. I'm not sure I want to mess with the alpha version.
This looks awesome to be honest. I really want to get this but im defiantly going to have to get a lot of friends to join me. I think its amazing that it has such a realistic feel to it. The fact that never knowing what players might do is really cool as well. Thanks a lot for putting this as a Test Chamber episode. Been really wanting to see how this game plays. Great Test Chamber.
