The lights are on
If you're a fan of Replay, you're probably familiar with the difficulty I've encountered when trying to get my co-workers to play Mario Party with me (although I succeeded twice). When Mario Party 9 released earlier this month, I tried to rally some folks to play it with me for a video on the site. I was met with the usual resistance, so I decided to turn to someone with no lack of enthusiasm for partying.

Andrew W.K. knows how to play Mario Party? I thought that he only knew how to destroy build destroy. Now I know that I can count on him to give me tips on video games.
Oh you guys are buttholes. Trash talking Sonic games around the 14 minute mark? C'MON. I thought we were past that! You ALL KNOW Sonic has been great again since Sonic Colors; Sonic Generations was one of the best games of last year, and a FAR better 20th anniversary tribute title than what Nintendo whipped up for Mario's 25th anniversary.

Can this actually become a tradition? And Nintendo, can you please actually license "Party Hard" for Mario Party 10, like at :45? It was such a downer when the music cut out - so much energy just disappeared :)
You guys did a fantastic job easing WK back into Mario games, btw. You could tell he was picking up a lot for the first time while you guys played, and as any gamer can tell you, it's not always easy to bring someone new into the fold. You don't wanna destroy them in games, you don't want to come off as a snob and explain everything either. You guys did a great job! Definitely bring him back whenever Nintendo gets around to pumping out Mario Party 10! Hopefully, during the Wii U launch window or first year sometime...
You don't even have to review them anymore. Just make videos of you guys playing Mario Party with Andrew WK :)

How the Hell you got Andrew WK to play Mario Party 9 with you I will never know. However, this video was fantastic and gives me another reason to love GI even more.

I got to party hard with AWK this weekend at his Philly show. Rushed on-stage, sang, danced, and hugged a legend. The memory will last a lifetime.
