The lights are on
Sega's Yakuza franchise has been bringing serious Japanese crime drama to a passionate fanbase for years. But what happens when you take the Japanese gangsters starring in this series and introduce zombies?
In this week's episode, Reiner shows off his knowledge of real-life Yakuza history while I give him a tour of a zombie-infested Japanese city and all the quirky characters inhabiting it.
Watch our 30-minute adventure through Yakuza: Dead Souls below, and then check out further episodes of Reiner and Phil on our hub page.
Beren so looking forward to this, thanks p and r. oh and not the game, just the commentary!
Yus.
This game looks like a good weekend time-waster. Nonstop action can be very compelling.
Looks like mindless shooting... No pun intended. Hey, at least it's a new Reiner & Phil.
sega you make me sad... i love yakuza but zombies aren't what i want :(
this game does seem pretty cool. never really played this series. heard alot about it.

Wonder whats going on there
I would love to see method gaming for this game. XD
This game looks awesome!
I really wanna play this. Adding to the Gamefly queue now.
I'm definitely curious to read Phil's final review later in the week. This game looks pretty cool.
Well, I really can say that I dislike this new trend to put zombies on everything even though they dont have anything to do with a game. BUT, I think it would fit quite about right in this game.
It amazes me how more and more game franchises are somehow including zombies ;)
Awesome, more Reiner and Phil! Will you be playing Operation Raccoon City?
Seems interesting...but it falls victim to the problem many games likes this have....not worth $60. Pricing structure of games needs to change.
Reiner - "i have sniper gauge myself and after i blow my nose i take the used tissue and i use sniper gauge to get it in the trash.... every time"
Phil - "impressive"
hahahahahaha
