The lights are on
This week we dust off an old SNES cartridge to reveal the vivid, whimsical Disney platformer beneath. Comedian and video game music aficionado Brent Weinbach joins us as a special guest as we face off against the grotesque mutant offspring of Pete, jog on a gigantic tomato, and generally get our asses handed to us.
In addition to Brent, the cast this week features Andrew Reiner, Kyle Hilliard, Ben Hanson, and myself as host. Thanks to Brent for taking a break from making people laugh really hard and hosting the terrific Legacy Music Hour podcast. Check out the Legacy Music Hour (available on iTunes) if you want to fill your ears with tasty 8- and 16-bit music as well as delectable discussion about said tracks.

ah. I remember this game. I don't think I've played it but a few times, but I remember solid gameplay.
i was just playing this today!
Haven't played this since I was a kid! Thanks for bringing back fond memories.
Another disney game? LOVE IT!
Brentalfloss and Game Informer? I love when my internets combine!
Either my parents read about this game in a magazine when it came out or I did, but regardless, it was a birthday present one year and was easily one of my favorite SNES games. This was when Capcom was just firing on all cylinders and could do no wrong. Very cool to see a Replay episode for it.
i saw this and thought it was 'mickey mania' my bad.
Disney licenses in the 8 & 16 bit era were generally amazing. I owned this game and have many fond memories of it.
what happened to Kyle's catchphrase?
Replay: A.K.A. my saturday morning cartoons.
be sure to also replay world of illusion in the future as well
Used to play this game a bunch when I was a kid. Can't wait to watch it.
Hey, I know this guy! I don't listen to his podcast, but I remember him from Top Score.
No Project Mako information? That's a little disappointing :( Anyway, Brent's a great guest. I also really liked him on the 8-bit episode of Top Score in January. :)
