The PlayStation served as a training ground for many developers looking to tap the new market for 3D games. One such game is MediEvil, a goofy, Halloween-coated action game that put players in the greaves of the deceased knight Sir Dan. Does the 1998 gameplay hold up? Or is it showing signs of decomposition?

Oh man THIS game was absolutely one of my favorites of all time! Slicing zombies, demons and other manner of evil as a skeleton=total blast!

Yes!!! I played the absolute heck out of this game as a kid! It's one of my favorite games of all time, glad to see it getting a well deserved replay.
This was a great game, and one of the first I tried via a demo disc from the Official Playstation Magazine...I used to get that magazine purely for the demo disc each month...
This was one of my favorite games back in the day when I still played on the original Playstation on a daily basis. Finished it multiple times back then. Oh man, good old times.
i want to request the second ratchet and clank for a replay. also it would be cool to have an okami replay, but not from the beginning of the game
Yes. I just woke up dreading having to work from home without any Replay's to make the hours go by.
Never had a chance to play this game, but was always curious to do so. I remember a girl once asked me how to spell medieval and, despite taking a semester of Arthurian Romance Literature, my visual recall came up with this game as the proper spelling.
Lol...that second game was tough to watch....not because the presentation was bad...but because the game was soooooooooooooo boring

I love the Medievil series. It should totally make a return sometime.
Awesome episode, guys. Love MediEvil. It's very rare you guys play a game that I've played and it was fun to relive some memories. After this I gotta download it and play it again!
