During the console wars of the early 90s, Nintendo was represented by Mario and Sega had Sonic in their corner. While these faces were the most famous, Sega had a popular platformer of their own before Sonic took off. In this week's Replay, we take a look back at a series that has essentially been abandoned as the industry moved forward.

I played Alex Kidd for the first time a few years ago, and it was pretty meh. This seems to be the case here too.

That fish at around 17 min looks like that one from Link's Awakening that teaches you that awesome song. I used to own Kid Chameleon, never came close to beating it; it gets INSANELY difficult as you progress.

I saw it on page 6 as I was looking for the Super Mario Bros. 3 super replay and I was like "Oh I don't think I've watched this one. I'll watch it now and see if I remember it" and then...it was an all new replay. Pretty weird...

hey you moved it! Thanks now its easier to find...do voodoo vince (original xbox) replay. its a great platformer (as far as i can remember) i think tim would enjoy it so if you do it have him on it as well.

EDIT: i liked 2037, except it seemed like Dan was the only who wasnt putting his heart(?) in it , Reiner as an old man was hilarious (i loved his Dan smells like farts voice), the reaver bot with his future comedy was good (as always), Tim, well Tim great as well and i look forward to hailing the cloud...
next time though spend a little bit more time talking about the game
