The lights are on
For our 200th issue a couple years ago, the staff at Game Informer met for hours to debate on the top 200 games of all time. Many factors were involved in our decision-making process, and at the end of the day one game stood above the rest. The Legend of Zelda has influenced the world of gaming like no game before it, and we named it the #1 game of all time. All month, we've been giving you tons of Zelda coverage to commemorate the upcoming release of Skyward Sword as well as the series' 25th anniversary. We're ending this month of coverage with a complete playthrough of the game that started it all.
I'll be hosting throughout this Super Replay, and Jeff Cork will be at the controls as we hunt down Ganon. We'll have several editors stopping by to join us on our quest, and you can see it all below.

Ben Hanson - Office Jerk. Was all that swearing in vengeance? Oh wait... I guess that's Dan's title? The jerk store called...
*** it Jeff use the candle!!! Oh... thank you Dan. I was silently screaming, couldn't you hear me? Lol.
Yeah, you're right though. If I knew people were watching I'd spontaneously die in the stupidest way possible.
Lol Disney movies.
Awww, I have The Fox and the Hound...
Watching Episode 2 of this Replay gave me an idea (Hopefully a good one). We all know that Dan is the worst of the GI staff at playing games. :) So how about a Dark Souls game challenge? Dan and one of the other staff members would compete against each other and when they reach a set number of deaths we will see who has killed the most bosses in that time frame.
Lmfao the ending ahahah.
I watch Replays more for a laugh than I do to see a video game being showcased (in the case of Overblood the two arent mutually exclusive though). With that in mind, episode 2 delivered for me in spades. Feel free to keep sucking at the game if the commentary remains as funny/irreverent.
i can beat alkl those dungeons without dying and ive collect everything before ifaced ganon but the second quest is a pain in the @$$ to beat cant even find the 6 th dungeon or the last 3
This made me hungry and tired, yet I still enjoyed it.
I have Zelda 1 and 2 on my 3DS which I got from the ambassadors program and it probably the only game I play on it they need some good games for the 3DS!
at least the ad is about games...
This is the best! So frustrating to watch, yet so entertaining. Haven't laughed so much in a long time!
Looking forward to the next one :)
tim turri ima hound dog, haha future song title???
Thank God for Dan!!! I was not gonna watch him struggle through all the dark rooms without using the candle...that would have been unbearable!
The end was pretty weird. As was most of that episode. Thank god for Tim Turi, who looks suspciously like my beagle.
Hey, don't know if you guys actually read the comments, but I would like to say anyway...
YOU WANT THE BLUE RING!!
OMG I cannot emphasize how much more smooth the game would be for him if he uses that ring. It is an item that cuts the damage you get. Don't even attempt to do the other dungeons without it D:
lookin forward to this it aint overblood but its gonna be epic :)
