Dishonored tells the story of one man's quest for revenge in an otherworldly industrialized city. While touch-points recall elements of our real world, Dishonored is actually set in a startling and dangerous land quite different from our own. Though the game is primarily set within the boundaries of a single city, the folks at Arkane Studios feel that there needs to be a depth and authenticity to the game world that can only be provided by creating a complete fiction beyond the borders of that city. Anybody else getting a very Bioshock vibe from this game?
I am very intrested in this game. It almost seems like this game could be the first in a brand new franchise that is very rich in lore.

Wow. I can feel the creativity and imagination coming from the descriptions of the created land masses like Serkos and animals like Levithians. A world like ours, but at the same time not...can't wait to play it

As soon as I read the little tidbit about the Fugue Feast they had me sold. A period of time when we are allowed to do whatever we want without being punished? Count me in! ^_^

Dang, I really want to check this world out.
Already the wheels of my mind are turning at the probability. My own story of revenge would be something like the opposite of Kratos. Going by and killing only those who defend the person on whom has earned my wrath. Sparing those who have no love for the man or are simply under his employ. Those who have come to know my passing would fear and be relieved at the fact I didn't view them as corrupt to lose their life.
This game better be great, I don't to have to write a book about it.
Looking forward to this game. Love the parts on when you can pick different choices to execute a plan, that really piqued my interest in this game. Hopefully, we get to see a teaser trailer soon or something of the sort, although we did just get 20 pages of GI magazine on it. :D
This looks very interesting. Bethesda is good with fictional worlds and I like this concept of whale/leviathan hunting for fuel.
I love the fact the Pandyssian Continent is unexplored. It means the player can imagine who or what inhabits it.
I really want to find out more about this game before I can judged on whether or not I'll be buying it :)
