The lights are on
Originally conceived as a cross between The Legend of Zelda and Devil May Cry, combat proved to be one of the highlights of the first Darksiders. Death's introduction as the main character in the second entry radically changes the way players will face off against enemies in the game's dungeons. Aside from the addition of loot and a skill tree, combat in Darksiders II will be faster and more agile. Watch the video to see combat in action and to hear the game's director Marvin Donald explain the differences between War and Death.

Darksiders and Darksiders II, Mongrels if I ever saw any...and I love mongrels, so cute and scruffy!
1:45 - 1:50 seems to be a bit of unintended shifts in direction of the control x.x
death never looked better.
dude this looks insane!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait gonna make my death a super fast offensive guy its gonna be AWESOME
I hope there is a demo. I want to try it
The Wanderer version of Death looks incredible. One thing tho..shouldnt that hammer crash into the ground with massive force? There was no effect when it hit the ground, oh well its still a ways to go in development..probably just something that hasnt been added yet.
