The lights are on
Popping in an old game and talking about our memories is always fun,
and that's why it's a blast doing Replay every week. However, some
games are so iconic that a simple 20-minute episode just wouldn't do
them justice. That's why we do Super Replay, a feature in
which we play through the entirety of an all-time great. No
edits, no skipped stages, no speeding-up the video...this is the entire
game experience, beginning to end.
While we already delivered what Nintendo fans were clamoring for -- a Super Replay of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past -- I wish to bring something to horror fans who have fond memories of
playing their PlayStation alone in a dark room. In 1998, Capcom
perfected the survival horror genre with Resident Evil 2. It
capitalized on everything that made the first game great, while
polishing graphics, story-telling, weapons, and environments. Wandering
the zombie-infested streets and Police Station of Raccoon City is a
gaming memory I'll not soon forget, and it's one one wish to share with
you in the form of a new Super Replay.
What character will we play as? How long will it take? Can I win
without dying? Can I beat the game faster than Dan's five hour playthrough of A Link to the Past? All these questions and more will be answered in our
Part 4 (Guest - Jeff Cork)
Part 3 (Guest - Ben Reeves)
Part 2 (Guest - Dan Ryckert)

Bout time! YEAH!
your next super replay should b portal, or at least do one b4 portal 2 comes out
Maybe it's pure nostalgia on my part, but something about those old PlayStation pre-rendered backgrounds are just.....they have this kind of atmosphere to them that makes them seem soooooo cool.
I love the part where the little g-mutant rips its way out of Ben's chest, totally an Alien-esque moment that I have always loved, lol.
Oh, and btw, I think I may have read in the game's manual (or somewhere else, I forget) that Sherry Birkin is 12 or 13, can't remember which.
I love watching these! Keep it up GI!
Very Awesome. I have yet to beat this game. My cousin and i never finished after Nemisis (how every you spell it) Busts out of the wall, we were like 13. Scared the crap out of us. We should go back and play it once again.
That was great. I've always been freaked out of birken.
Another amazing episode, man Capcom needs to get their team in gear and make a HD remake of this game. Seriously, they won't regret it.
The part where you were in the room where the licker jimps through tthe window creeped me. And the one where the zombies all come alive in that other room, a bit before you get the Magnum. GGreat and frankly gruesome replay.
this is amazing. i've beat RE5 nearly 100% cuz i love that game more than life itself (no jk :D), but i've never played/seen any of the other RE games. they certainly live up to their hype. i freaked the f*ck out when the zombies came through the loading door. plus i'm totally feeling the tension in the hallways and everything. I love super replay! we need another codeword!
Such a good game.
You all should play Onimusha sometime. They were great games on the PS2, and good pre-cursors to the GoW series (soul orbs, combinations, different weapons, etc.).
-I never really got the hang of the 180 degree turn, but the only time I had trouble doing regular turns was in RE 4.
-Ah, Barry's Colt. Thought it was funny that in RE 5's Mercenaries both him and Rebecca had their respective items/weapons (Magnum and First Aid Spray).
