Any day now, Game Informer subscribers will receive the November issue, which is filled with details about Epic Mickey, the Wii-exclusive game from Junction Point and Disney Interactive Studios. In the meantime, we’ve put together this short film for your enjoyment – a three-minute time-lapse video shortened from a half-hour of drawing by artist Jordan Lamarre-Wan at Junction Point. As you watch Mickey come to life on the page, you’ll also get your first glimpse at a potential enemy in the game – one of the robotic Beetleworx. Incredible. I like the music, too. Definitely see the influence of Lilo & Stitch, Hercules, maybe some Toy Story in the enemy. Go Mickey!

Great video, but next time you do something like this, could you possibly have the camera at an angle where you're not forced to tilt your head to one side to see clearly what he's drawing?

I'm imagining this sketch in full color, and animated...

Excuse me, my mind just blew up.

And the music sounds great too! If this is just a small sample, I can't wait for the whole game!

Oh, and one more thing: Why did you guys have to give the magazine a ship date on a postal holiday?!? It's the 12th, and Columbus Day too! Can you guys please at least show the "Read Current Issue" thing now?
