f you’ve been paying attention to the world of RPGs over the past decade, you probably couldn’t help but notice the name BioWare. From Baldur’s Gate to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic to Mass Effect, the developer has been behind some of the most acclaimed and memorable RPG experiences in recent memory. Their latest, Dragon Age Origins, continues their tradition of melding mature themes, compelling stories and addicting gameplay, and we’ve got exclusive details on it—including the skinny on the console editions of the game.

As if that’s not enough, the November issue also has an exclusive 10-page look at Valve Software, filled with behind-the-scenes info and details on Left 4 Dead. Also, we chat with Braid creator Jonathan Blow on his newfound fame and what he has in store for us in his next game.
