Atari Warned Again About Potential Nasdaq Delisting
hings are up in the air over at Atari as officials announce they have once again received a formal letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department rubbing in the fact that they no longer meet the Nasdaq Marketplace listing rules. Warned once before in December, the qualifications to avoid delisting included meeting a market capitalization of $15 million for at least 10 consecutive days some point before March 20. With that date past, another letter was issued. Atari plans to appeal the delisting as Infogrames promised to pick up the remaining outstanding shares of common stock after becoming Atari’s parent company. Hopefully they will come through and save face for Atari.
