ll right, you’ve waited long enough. The next big cover story is Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. It’s basically a third-person action game for Xbox 360 and PC with a full co-op play option, intuitive squad tactics, and a hearty online multiplayer component. Expect a few surprises from the developer that brought you Hitman and Freedom Fighters.

We also dug deep into the controversy surrounding the ESRB in our feature, “The Ratings Game.” The hearing of the House Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection in Washington on June 14 put both the ESRB and the FTC in the hot seat for their handling of the Hot Coffee incident. Besides that, the story continuity is in no way connected to the older games.
Also look for previews on games like Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, Battlefield 2142, Shadowrun, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and Madden NFL 07.
