ven though mystery clouds the PlayStation 3 launch line-up until we get some actual concrete information, online retailer GameStop has already opened pre-orders for a number of PlayStation 3 titles.  There's a number of already released Xbox 360 titles listed as PlayStation 3 releases such as Condemned: Criminal Origins and King Kong.  While none of these are confirmed what-so-ever as PlayStation 3 launch titles, all of the games are listed to sell at $59.99 and be released on October 1, 2006.

While quite a number of titles are on this list, we're not buying that Metal Gear Solid 4, Devil May Cry 4, or Vision Gran Turismo will come out at launch, but it is interesting enough to see the list of titles, period.

In other news, for those that kept a close eye on our E3 coverage from last year, you might have seen the PlayStation 3 trailer for MotorStorm.  According to Evolution Studios' website, "Evolution is currently contracted by Sony to produce a ‘next-gen’ PS3 launch title called MotorStorm."  Launch title...hmmmmm....
