True Crime: Streets Of LA Lawsuit Dropped

while be we reported to you that crime author Robert Crais had filed a lawsuit against Activision and other parties, claiming that the character of Nick Kang infringed on an original character that he had created for many of his novels.

Crais, however, after talks with Activision, has dropped his lawsuit. Activision claims that they responded to Crais's claims quickly and managed to convince him that Nick Kang did in fact NOT infringe on any creation of his own.

Activision has released the first screens for the upcoming PC version of True Crime: Streets of LA.  The PC version of True Crime is slated for a June release.
