ctivision is on a role, revealing in their third announcement this week that Sting and Tool will be making their way to Guitar Hero World Tour.

The team just confirmed that Sting – the lead singer/bassist of The Police – will be lending his voice and likeness to an in-game avatar. They also announced the inclusion of Police classic track “Demolition Man.”

In addition, Tool will be contributing to the World Tour track list. So far “Parabola” and “Schism” have been announced in addition to the tune “Vicarious” from the album “10,000 Days.” The band also has lent their iconic visual style to the design of an in-game venue. The venue will reflect the mood that has become a staple in all of Tool’s videos and cover art.
