New GTA Inspired CD Release
Rockstar and Future Green Entertainment combined forces to put together a CD of music inspired by Grand Theft Auto IV, which was released today. Eight new tracks crafted specifically for DJ Green Lantern’s “Liberty City Invasion” in-game radio show as well as eight songs simply inspired by GTA IV makeup the album. Artists include Busta Rhymes, Wyclef, Fat Joe, Styles P and Fabolous as well as several up-and-coming artists.
“The Grand Theft Auto games have always featured stunning soundtracks and the amount of eclectic music in Grand Theft Auto IV goes above and beyond anything we have been able to do before” said Sam Houser, Founder and Executive Producer of Rockstar Games, "DJ Green Lantern’s contributions give the soundtrack a true New York flavor and we’re excited to be releasing his full album to fans.”
The Sims Joins Forces With Ikea
EA announced a new content pack for The Sims 2 today, partnering with Ikea in the process. The Sims 2 Ikea Home Stuff Pack will ship to retailers June 23 in North America, June 27 in Europe and June 20 in the Asia-Pacific regions. The pack will include items for the house focusing primarily on the bedroom, living room and home office. The Home Stuff Pack will retail for $19.99.
