Xbox 360 Version Of The Sopranos Gets Whacked

n a conference call with investors today, THQ announced that they would be canceling the Xbox 360 version of The Sopranos game. The company claimed that the next-gen version didn't look all that much better than the PlayStation 2 version, so why not focus both teams on one project?

The Sopranos game is still scheduled to release in 2006, but it still hasn't been shown in playable form. Since this usually means bad news, it might be a good idea to push back the game to line up with the final batch of TV episodes in 2007. Just a thought...
