Site Lists Annual Best, Worst 360 Achievements

fter sorting through thousands of votes, the results of xbox360achievements.org’s second-annual Achievement Awards are in. The site, which compiles lists of Xbox 360 Achievements, as well as game guides and forums, took nominations for a variety of games released between Nov. 1, 2006, and Oct. 31, 2007. While some of the results won’t surprise anyone who’s been actively hunting points over the past year, there were a few upsets.

Among the highlights, the Transformers achievement, "Transform and Roll Out," got the Easiest Achievement award, giving points to players for pressing the Y button. On the other end of the difficulty spectrum, Call of Duty’s “Mile High Club,” took Hardest Achievement honors, taking almost 40 percent of the votes in the category. Valve’s Half-Life 2: The Orange Box took the prize for Best Overall Achievement List, while Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock was given the dubious distinction of having the worst overall Achievements, with requirements running from "the insane [Gold Star 20 Songs on Expert] to the damn right stupid [complete the career on a controller and left handed]."

Be sure to check out the entire list here.
